Customer Policy
We absolutely refuse to share our customer’s information with anyone. They only way we will share information is if it’s for a warranted investigation of some kind.
We request that our customers pay their full invoice within 30 calendar days of the date on the invoice. If they do not, a 15% delinquency fee will be added to the invoice. Following that, if the balance on the invoice is not resolved within the 15 days following the delinquency fee, the customer’s website will be suspended until the invoice is paid in full.
